For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, and personal checks. Our goal is to provide the finest care possible at the most reasonable fees for service for our patients, and therefore we will typically request payment at the time services are rendered. We recognize that some patients will have specific situations that may require individualized payment options, and our administrative team members look forward to discussing options with those patients. We ask that patients requesting individualized payment options discuss these fully with our administrative team members prior to scheduling any related treatment appointments.
We will be happy to assist our patients in submitting dental insurance claims for reimbursement for services that they have received at our office. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please be aware that patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of the level of insurance coverage that they might have.
